Angel Yalachkov was born in 2005 in Sofia, Bulgaria. In 2023 he graduated from the National
Music School "Lyubomir Pipkov" in the piano class of prof. Alexander Vassilenko. Currently he is a firstyear student at the National Academy of Music "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" in the piano class of prof.
Borislava Taneva.
At the age of 18, he has an impressive collection of more than 40 prizes from International piano
competitions in Bulgaria, Singapore, Russia, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Finland, Romania, Slovakia,
Croatia, Greece, Serbia, Macedonia. Including Grand Prix, 20 First Prizes and 15 Special Prizes. Angel

Chamber Orchestra and "Orpheus" Chamber Orchestra. He has participated many times in master
classes of famous Bulgarian and foreign pianists and professors.
